The available figures support comparing their specifications and positioning—not declaring a real-world performance, fuel-economy or value winner.
How the engine specifications compare
The Aprilia’s reported engine is substantially larger and has higher listed peak output. That establishes a difference in specification, but does not by itself prove how either scooter accelerates or feels on the road.

The Aprilia figures are from a secondary launch report attributing specifications to the company; the Hero figures are from its official product page. Neither set is a comparative road test.
Features and braking: what is documented
Aprilia SXR GT 175
India Today / Auto Today reports a 5-inch TFT display, Bluetooth connectivity, music and call management, navigation with turn-by-turn directions, and ABS. These are launch-report claims; confirm the official specification sheet and equipment on the exact version offered by a dealer before relying on them. The report also names an adjustable windshield, crash guard and top box as touring accessories for the range. It does not establish that these are standard equipment on every SXR GT 175 or that they are included in a particular dealer’s offer.
Hero Destini 110
Hero lists a digital-analog speedometer. The company’s September 2025 launch release describes a 785mm seat with integrated backrest, spacious legroom, a front glove box, boot lamp and 12-inch wheels. The launch release specifies a 190mm front disc for the ZX; Hero’s product comparison also lists a front disc. Check the current trim and model-year equipment. The available sources do not establish ABS for the Destini 110, so a front disc should not be mistaken for confirmation of ABS.
Fuel economy: only the Hero has a stated figure

A dependable SXR GT 175 mileage figure is not established in the available sources. There is therefore no supported head-to-head fuel-economy comparison.
Prices and availability: check current local quotes

A current SXR GT 175 price is not established here, so those historical Hero prices cannot show which scooter costs less today. Ask local dealers for current ex-showroom and on-road quotes, and compare the same cost basis, including registration and insurance.

Consider the Aprilia if
- You want the larger reported engine and higher listed power and torque.
- The reported TFT, connected functions and ABS are priorities, once confirmed for the exact variant.
- Touring-oriented accessory options matter and you have confirmed their availability, fitment and cost.
Consider the Hero if
- You want a 110cc scooter and value Hero’s claimed fuel-economy figure.
- The listed seat backrest, legroom and practical storage details suit your intended everyday use.
- You have checked current local prices and the equipment of the available trim.

- Hero: current local ex-showroom and on-road price, available trims, and the disc-brake equipment of the specific model year.
- Either scooter: registration, insurance and accessory costs in the quote; confirm which accessories are included and which are optional.
