What changed on the 2025 Lexus LX?
Lexus USA describes the 2025 changes as minor improvements to the LX 600, plus the addition of the first LX 700h hybrid and a new Overtrail grade. The U.S. newsroom’s 2025 LX page is dated October 10, 2024, and lists a separate LX 700h launch release dated February 5, 2025. Lexus USA’s 2025 LX newsroom page confirms those additions, but the surfaced U.S. information does not establish a full U.S. grade lineup or U.S. prices.
Is the 2025 Lexus LX available as a hybrid?
Yes. The LX 700h is the LX’s first hybrid. The 2025 brochure describes a parallel-hybrid system that combines a twin-turbocharged V6 with a high-torque electric motor and a nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery pack. The cited brochure describes a hybrid system, not a plug-in hybrid. The 2025 Lexus LX brochure provides the system description.
How much power does the LX 700h make?
For Canada, Lexus publishes 457 system horsepower and 583 lb-ft of torque for the LX 700h. Those are manufacturer figures from Lexus Canada’s 2024 release, not independent test results. The same release gives a manufacturer-estimated combined fuel consumption of 11.7 L/100 km for Canada; it is not a U.S. EPA rating. Lexus Canada’s launch release is the source for these specifications.

What LX 700h trims are available?
Lexus Canada lists three LX 700h configurations for its market: Overtrail+ with two rows, Overtrail+ with three rows, and Executive VIP. These are Canadian grade names and configurations; the available U.S. newsroom information does not confirm that the same lineup is offered in the United States.
The 2025 LX adds Overtrail as a grade, but the cited U.S. announcement does not supply a detailed U.S. trim-by-trim equipment comparison. Lexus Canada’s release names its Canadian LX 700h configurations, but does not establish that their availability or seating arrangements carry over to other markets.

Canadian launch prices and availability
Lexus Canada said the 2025 LX series was on sale at Canadian Lexus dealers. Its 2024 launch release listed starting MSRPs of CAD $121,995 for the LX 600 Premium and CAD $136,059 for the two-row LX 700h Overtrail+. These are Canadian launch-era prices, not U.S. prices or a statement of current dealer offers.
