2025 Ford Bronco Sport Sasquatch Package and Tennessee Off-Roadeo Guide

The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Sasquatch Package is not required for Tennessee Bronco Off-Roadeo. A qualifying Bronco Sport owner can attend after delivery, while Ford supplies the vehicle for the one-day Maryville experience. The Sasquatch connection is the demonstration fleet: Ford has described Badlands Sasquatch vehicles at Tennessee Off-Roadeo, giving owners a chance to learn the platform’s more advanced off-road systems even if their own Bronco Sport is not equipped that way.

Short answer: You do not need the 2025 Ford Bronco Sport Sasquatch Package to qualify for the Tennessee Bronco Off-Roadeo. Eligibility is tied to taking delivery of a qualifying 2025-or-newer Bronco Sport, completing Ford’s owner verification, and booking an available visit. Sasquatch matters because Ford has described the Tennessee Bronco Sport experience as using Badlands Sasquatch vehicles, giving attendees a chance to learn the platform’s more advanced trail hardware even if their personal Bronco Sport is not Sasquatch-equipped.

The Tennessee program is based in Maryville, Tennessee. It is a one-day, instructor-led experience with a Ford-provided vehicle, trail driving, meals, and practical coaching. Your own Bronco Sport does not need to be brought to the event, and travel and lodging are not included.

Important deadline: Ford’s current FAQ states that owners of 2025-model-year vehicles must use the complimentary owner credit by June 2027. That date, availability, guest rules, and reservation terms can change, so confirm them through the official Bronco Off-Roadeo site before making travel plans.

What the Sasquatch Package has to do with Off-Roadeo

There are two separate questions:

  1. Does Sasquatch qualify you for Off-Roadeo? No. A qualifying Bronco Sport owner can use the benefit without ordering Sasquatch.
  2. Will Sasquatch be relevant during the experience? Yes. Ford has said the Tennessee and Moab Bronco Sport programs use Badlands Sasquatch vehicles in their demonstration fleets. That lets participants experience equipment such as the more advanced suspension, all-terrain tires, recovery hardware, and twin-clutch rear drive system.

That distinction is important when comparing the event with your own vehicle. Driving a Ford-provided Badlands Sasquatch demonstrates what that configuration can do; it does not mean that every attendee’s Bronco Sport has the same suspension, tires, recovery points, drive modes, or drivetrain.

2025 Bronco Sport Sasquatch availability

For 2025, Ford lists Sasquatch packages for the Outer Banks and Badlands trims. Sasquatch is an available package, not standard equipment, and Ford’s 2025 order guide identified both packages as late-availability options. Early-production vehicles and initial orders therefore should not be assumed to have had Sasquatch available at launch.

The two packages are not identical. Outer Banks Sasquatch is an off-road upgrade for the more style- and comfort-oriented Outer Banks trim, while Badlands Sasquatch builds on the Bronco Sport configuration with the more serious factory trail hardware. Package availability also depends on the vehicle’s production timing, ordering status, and inventory.

Outer Banks Sasquatch — package 67A

Ford’s 2025 order information lists the following equipment for the 67A Outer Banks Sasquatch Package:

  • Advanced 4×4
  • Brush guard
  • Class II Trailer Tow Package with Trailer Sway Control
  • HOSS 2.0 off-road suspension
  • High-clearance fender flares
  • Front cast recovery hooks
  • Rear D-ring recovery hooks
  • Trail Control
  • Twin-clutch rear drive unit
  • Underbody protection
  • 17-inch Ebony Black-painted aluminum wheels
  • P235/65R17 all-terrain tires

The Outer Banks package requires the Outer Banks Tech Package. That requirement is easy to miss when comparing listings or used vehicles, so verify the window sticker or original build information rather than relying only on a seller’s use of the word Sasquatch.

Badlands Sasquatch — package 67B

Ford’s 2025 order information lists the following additions for the 67B Badlands Sasquatch Package:

  • 850-watt engine cooling fan
  • Auxiliary switches and wiring
  • Brush guard
  • Fender tie-downs
  • HOSS 3.0 off-road suspension
  • Rear Bilstein position-sensitive dampers
  • High-clearance fender flares
  • Front and rear recovery hooks
  • 17-inch Ebony Black-painted aluminum wheels
  • P235/65R17 all-terrain tires

The Badlands package’s HOSS 3.0 suspension and rear Bilstein position-sensitive dampers are the clearest hardware differences for buyers interested in rougher trails. Auxiliary switches and wiring also provide a more convenient factory starting point for approved electrical accessories, although adding accessories is not necessary for attending Off-Roadeo.

Badlands Sasquatch mechanical and trail systems

The 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands and Badlands Sasquatch configuration uses Ford’s 2.0-liter EcoBoost engine, rated at 250 horsepower and 280 lb.-ft. of torque. The drivetrain uses an eight-speed automatic SelectShift transmission and a dual-clutch rear drive unit with differential-lock capability.

Badlands has seven G.O.A.T. Modes:

  • Normal
  • ECO
  • Sport
  • Slippery
  • Off-Road
  • Rock Crawl
  • Rally

Ford also identifies Trail Control with Trail One-Pedal Driving on the Badlands configuration. These systems are especially relevant to Off-Roadeo because the event is intended to teach owners how to select and use the Bronco Sport’s trail controls, not simply provide a high-speed demonstration.

Ford’s horsepower, equipment, and capability descriptions are manufacturer specifications. They are not independent trail-test results, and no package guarantees that a driver can safely tackle every obstacle. Terrain, tires, weather, driver technique, and vehicle setup still matter.

What happens at Bronco Off-Roadeo in Tennessee?

Ford identifies Tennessee as a current Bronco Sport Off-Roadeo location in Maryville, Tennessee. The program is built around guided trail drives and scenic outdoor driving led by off-road experts or Trail Guides. The stated objective is to help owners understand their vehicle’s systems and develop confidence and transferable trail skills.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Ford describes the experience as suitable for amateurs and experienced off-road drivers alike. You do not need to arrive as an expert, and you should not assume that owning a Sasquatch vehicle eliminates the need for instruction. Learning when to use a drive mode, how to approach an obstacle, and how to let the vehicle’s systems work is part of the value of the event.

What the complimentary owner experience includes

For a verified owner of a qualifying 2025-or-newer Bronco Sport, Ford currently describes the benefit as one visit to a one-day Off-Roadeo experience. The stated package includes:

  • A Bronco or Bronco Sport supplied for the driving experience
  • Trail Guides or off-road experts
  • Guided trail driving and scenic outdoor activities
  • Meals, including lunch and dinner
  • A campfire when weather permits

Travel and accommodations are not included in the complimentary experience. Plan for transportation to Maryville, lodging if needed, fuel, and any extra personal expenses. The event’s exact schedule and daily itinerary should be treated as reservation-specific rather than assumed from general descriptions.

Eligibility and booking steps for a 2025 owner

  1. Take delivery first. Ford requires vehicle delivery before attendance. Buying or ordering a Bronco Sport is not enough to use the experience before delivery.
  2. Create or access your Bronco Off-Roadeo account. Registration is completed through Ford’s Off-Roadeo process.
  3. Complete vehicle verification. Ford uses information associated with the dealership purchase to verify the qualifying vehicle and owner.
  4. Review available Tennessee dates. Visits are subject to availability. Do not book nonrefundable travel until your event reservation is confirmed.
  5. Check the current guest and cancellation rules. The program is designed for owners and their guests, but guest eligibility, fees, cancellation windows, and scheduling terms can change.
  6. Use the credit before the applicable deadline. The current official FAQ lists June 2027 for 2025-model-year owners. Recheck the deadline in your account and the current FAQ because Ford may update program terms.

Booking reminder: The owner credit belongs to the verified vehicle owner under the program rules and is subject to availability. It should not be treated like an unrestricted ticket that can be used by anyone or on any date.

Do you drive your own Bronco Sport?

No. Ford provides a Bronco or Bronco Sport for the event, so bringing your personal vehicle is not required. That is convenient for owners who live far from Tennessee and protects the event from becoming a logistics exercise involving every participant’s tires, recovery gear, and vehicle configuration.

  • Includes: Detail Wash, Wheel and Tire Cleaner, Glass Cleaner, 3 Towels, Bucket with Lid, Brush, Squeegee, Wheel Detail Brush, Microfiber Shammy, and Wash Mitt

It also creates a limitation: the vehicle you drive may not exactly match the one in your driveway. Ford has described Badlands Sasquatch vehicles for the Tennessee Bronco Sport program, but fleet assignments and equipment should be confirmed through the current reservation materials. Treat the event vehicle as a guided demonstration of the platform, not as proof that your own Outer Banks, Badlands, or non-Sasquatch vehicle has identical hardware.

How to prepare for the Tennessee experience

The Sasquatch equipment covers many upgrades that owners might otherwise consider before a trail day: all-terrain tires, underbody protection, recovery hooks, high-clearance fender flares, and, on Badlands Sasquatch, more advanced suspension hardware and auxiliary switches. For the event itself, preparation should focus more on personal readiness than on modifying a vehicle you will not be driving.

Personal packing checklist

  • Durable outdoor clothing that can handle dust, mud, and changing temperatures
  • Closed-toe footwear with a secure sole
  • Water or a refillable hydration container
  • Sun protection, including sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat
  • Weather protection appropriate for the forecast
  • Phone, charging cable, and a portable battery if you use your phone for travel or photography
  • Any personal medication or allergy supplies
  • A compact personal first-aid or emergency kit for the trip home

Ford’s event guidance can change, so verify clothing, footwear, arrival time, age requirements, waivers, and any restrictions in your reservation materials. The list above is practical preparation, not a claim that every item is mandatory.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Gear disclosure: CarCody may earn from some shopping links in this preparation section. The optional items below are not Off-Roadeo requirements, Ford approvals, or substitutes for checking the event’s current instructions.

Optional vehicle-readiness gear for your own Bronco Sport

If you plan to use your Bronco Sport on local trails after the event, a compact off-road emergency kit can consolidate basic supplies without requiring a large recovery build. Ford’s own listed Off-Road Assistance Kit establishes that this type of equipment is relevant to off-road use, but no specific third-party kit is required for Off-Roadeo.

Ford lists the following contents for its official Bronco Sport Off-Road Assistance Kit: a backpack-style carrying case, fire extinguisher, folding shovel, 12-in-1 multitool, emergency water, water reservoir, survival blanket, lightstick, waterproof matches, whistle, gloves, and cleaning materials. Contents and availability can vary, so compare the actual kit contents with the conditions where you drive.

A vehicle first-aid kit is another sensible optional item for personal trail use. Keep it separate from the assumption that the event operator supplies medical equipment, and do not leave heat-sensitive supplies in a vehicle indefinitely without checking their condition.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

Because Sasquatch uses all-terrain tires, some owners may also want a 12V tire inflator for roadside pressure adjustments. It is not required at Off-Roadeo, and an inflator is not a replacement for a properly rated tire-repair method, a spare-tire plan, or professional assistance. It is simply a useful piece of personal roadside equipment if you spend time away from paved roads.

Is Sasquatch worth buying for Off-Roadeo?

If the only reason you are considering Sasquatch is to become eligible for Off-Roadeo, it is not necessary. A qualifying Bronco Sport owner can attend without that package, and the event supplies the vehicle.

Sasquatch may still be worth considering if you want the hardware on your own vehicle after the event. The decision is best framed this way:

Your priority Most relevant choice Why
Attend Off-Roadeo at the lowest vehicle-equipment threshold Any qualifying Bronco Sport Eligibility is based on the qualifying vehicle and owner rules, not Sasquatch specifically.
Improve an Outer Banks for occasional trail use Outer Banks Sasquatch, package 67A Adds Advanced 4×4, HOSS 2.0 suspension, recovery hardware, Trail Control, protection, and all-terrain tires; the Tech Package is required.
Prioritize the most advanced factory Bronco Sport trail configuration Badlands Sasquatch, package 67B Combines the Badlands configuration with HOSS 3.0 suspension, rear Bilstein dampers, auxiliary switches, recovery equipment, all-terrain tires, and other package hardware.
Learn how to use trail systems before modifying your vehicle Attend Off-Roadeo first You can experience Ford-provided vehicles and receive instruction before deciding which equipment you actually need.

The event is therefore a useful part of the purchase decision, but it should not be the sole reason to pay for a package. Choose Sasquatch for the way you expect to use and keep your own Bronco Sport. Choose Off-Roadeo for the instruction and the opportunity to experience Ford’s trail systems in a controlled, guided setting.

What to verify before traveling to Maryville

Because Off-Roadeo details are dynamic, complete this final check after your Bronco Sport has been delivered and again before departure:

  • Your vehicle is shown as verified in the Off-Roadeo account
  • Your complimentary owner visit is available and has been reserved
  • The reservation is for the Tennessee location in Maryville
  • The current deadline for a 2025 vehicle still permits your selected date
  • Guest eligibility, guest charges, age rules, and waiver requirements are understood
  • Cancellation and rescheduling terms are clear before booking travel
  • Arrival instructions, clothing guidance, footwear rules, and weather policies are current
  • Meals and the supplied event vehicle are confirmed as part of the reservation
  • Travel and accommodations have been arranged separately

The official Bronco Off-Roadeo website and your reservation account should control over older reviews, dealer statements, social-media posts, or generalized trip guides. Ford may change dates, fleet details, inclusions, and deadlines.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need Sasquatch to attend Bronco Off-Roadeo in Tennessee?

No. Eligibility is tied to ownership and delivery of a qualifying 2025-or-newer Bronco Sport, not to the Sasquatch Package. Ford has described Badlands Sasquatch vehicles in the Tennessee demonstration fleet, so non-Sasquatch owners may still experience that equipment at the event.

Do I drive my own Bronco Sport at Off-Roadeo?

No. Ford provides a Bronco or Bronco Sport for the driving experience. Your personal Bronco Sport does not need to be transported to Maryville.

Special offer. See more information about Outbyte and uninstall instructions. Please review EULA and Privacy policy.

When does the 2025 Bronco Sport Off-Roadeo benefit expire?

Ford’s current FAQ states that 2025-model-year owners must use the complimentary owner credit by June 2027. The date is subject to change, so confirm it through your Off-Roadeo account and the current official FAQ before booking.

What does the Tennessee Bronco Off-Roadeo experience include?

The stated one-day experience includes a Ford-provided vehicle, Trail Guides, guided trail and scenic driving, lunch and dinner, and a campfire when weather permits. Travel and accommodations are not included, and the detailed itinerary and guest terms should be confirmed with the reservation.

The Bottom Line

The 2025 Bronco Sport Sasquatch Package is not an Off-Roadeo admission requirement. A qualifying owner who has taken delivery can book the one-day Tennessee experience in Maryville, while Ford supplies the vehicle and Trail Guides. Sasquatch is relevant because the Tennessee program has been described as using Badlands Sasquatch vehicles, allowing owners to experience the platform’s more advanced equipment. Buy the package for the capability you want on your own Bronco Sport—not simply to obtain the Off-Roadeo benefit—and verify the current June 2027 deadline and reservation terms before traveling.
