The 2025 Aston Martin Vantage is the extensively updated coupe revealed in February 2024. It pairs a more assertive exterior and revised cabin with a reworked twin-turbo V8, chassis changes and a new launch-control system. Aston Martin quotes different power units for different markets: its launch release gives 665 PS, while its current US page lists 670 bhp.
What changed on the 2025 Vantage?
The update reshapes the Vantage introduced in 2017 rather than replacing its basic front-engine, rear-wheel-drive sports-car layout. Aston Martin’s February 2024 launch announcement and current US model page describe changes to the body, powertrain, cabin and chassis.
A wider, more purposeful exterior
The redesigned front end has a larger grille and revised headlights; the body also gains a returning side strake, wheel-arch vents, revised skirts, a wider rear treatment, diffuser and quad exhaust outlets. Aston Martin says the front track is 1.2 inches wider and the grille surface area has increased by 38%, changes it connects with the car’s stance and cooling capacity. Those figures are manufacturer specifications, not independent measurements.
A reworked cabin and new infotainment
The interior has been redesigned around a touchscreen infotainment system while retaining physical controls for key functions. Car and Driver lists a 12.5-inch screen and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard equipment on the US-market car. Its review also notes limited small-item storage, a practical consideration in a two-seat sports coupe. Aston Martin says CarPlay Ultra availability depends on model and market, so it should not be assumed to be included on every Vantage.

How much horsepower does the 2025 Aston Martin Vantage have?
Aston Martin’s February 2024 global launch release quotes the hand-built 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 at 665 PS and 800 Nm of torque. That is an increase of 155 PS and 115 Nm over the preceding Vantage, according to the manufacturer. The current US model page lists 670 bhp (680 PS) and 800 Nm. The power figures use different units and market-specific presentation; they should not be treated as a contradiction or casually combined.
Aston Martin attributes the engine’s gains to larger turbochargers, revised cam profiles, an optimized compression ratio and increased cooling capacity. The output is delivered through an eight-speed automatic transmission to the rear wheels.

How fast is the 2025 Vantage?
Aston Martin claims a 0–60 mph time of 3.4 seconds and a maximum speed of 202 mph. Car and Driver reports that its own 2025 test reached 60 mph in 3.2 seconds. The 3.2-second figure is that publication’s test result; it is not Aston Martin’s stated acceleration claim.
What changed in the chassis and controls?
Aston Martin describes revisions to the bonded-aluminum structure, additional cross-member and bracing changes, stiffer suspension mounting points and adaptive dampers. The manufacturer’s brochure identifies Bilstein DTX dampers and says their force-distribution bandwidth is 500% greater than that of the prior hardware. That is Aston Martin’s comparison of damper capability, not a measured improvement in lap time or overall handling.

The new Launch Control system is integrated with the powertrain and stability-control systems, according to the launch release. These are manufacturer engineering descriptions; they do not by themselves establish how the car performs in every road or track condition.
What does the Vantage feel like on the road?
In its launch-drive report, Ars Technica described the redesign and changes to the controls, and praised the car’s road usability, steering and brake feel. That is one journalist’s impression from a launch drive, not a consensus finding. Ars Technica disclosed that Aston Martin provided flights and accommodation for the drive.

Aston Martin’s US model page specifies Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 tires in staggered sizes: 275/35/ZR21 at the front and 325/30/ZR21 at the rear. Because the front and rear sizes differ, replacements need to match the correct axle-specific specification and fitment.
