These are manufacturer-listed U.S. starting MSRPs for model year 2024. The Ryker page notes that transportation and preparation fees may vary with selection; dealer pricing, taxes and fees can differ. Do not use the figures as 2026 new-vehicle prices or used-market valuations.
How the Ryker and Spyder transmissions differ
Ryker: twist-and-go CVT
The Ryker uses an automatic continuously variable transmission (CVT) with reverse. It is the simpler match for someone who wants automatic operation rather than selecting gears. BRP lists vehicle stability control, ABS and traction control, as well as adjustable foot pegs, brake pedal and handlebar as part of its rider-fit system. Sport and Eco modes are available on 900 cc versions. BRP lists a one-year limited warranty and one-year roadside assistance on its U.S. page; check the terms for the specific market and vehicle. Spyder F3 and RT: six-speed semi-automatic
The F3 and RT use a six-speed semi-automatic transmission with reverse. That is a distinct operating choice from the Ryker’s CVT and may matter as much as price or engine size. The sources establish the transmission types, but do not establish which one a particular rider will prefer; if possible, try the controls on both families before deciding.
Which Spyder package suits your trip?
F3: the entry point to the 1330 cc family
The base F3 pairs a 1330 cc Rotax ACE inline three-cylinder engine with Sport and Eco modes and 6.5 gallons of listed storage. It is the lower-cost Spyder starting point, but it does not include the F3-T’s listed windshield, infotainment and integrated hard-side luggage.

F3-T and F3 Limited: add touring equipment
The F3-T adds a windshield, infotainment and integrated hard-side luggage over the base F3. The F3 Limited sits higher in the price range and is positioned for longer trips with more comfort and cargo equipment. Compare the exact model-year package and included equipment rather than assuming every F3 has the same touring setup.
RT: integrated touring comfort and storage
BRP lists 115 hp for the 2024 RT and 31 gallons (117 L) of storage. Its listed equipment includes touring floorboards, an adjustable electronic windshield, lumbar support, heated driver grips, cruise control and integrated hard-side luggage. The RT also has a 10.25-inch touchscreen with BRP Connect and Apple CarPlay. BRP says it can tour up to 252 miles (406 km) on a tank, based on BRP internal testing; that is a manufacturer-tested figure, not an independent range result. 2024 Spyder RT details

What changed for 2024?
In a 2023 model-year announcement, BRP said every 2024 Spyder F3 model would receive updated LED headlights. The announcement also called out F3-S styling treatment and Hyper Silver wheels for the Ryker Rally. These are manufacturer-reported model-year changes, so verify equipment on the specific vehicle you are considering. BRP’s 2024 Spyder F3 announcement
In the same release, BRP Marketing Director Martin Ethier said: “We are constantly looking to improve the rider experience through innovation,” and described Apple CarPlay as a response to owner feedback. That is BRP’s explanation for the feature, not an independent finding that it makes riding safer.

Which one should you choose?
- Choose the Ryker as your first comparison if budget and automatic operation lead your list. Its 2024 U.S. starting MSRP was substantially lower than the listed Spyder starting prices, and its CVT is fully automatic.
- Compare the F3 family if you want the 1330 cc engine class and a choice of packages. F3-T and F3 Limited add touring-oriented equipment at higher model-year starting prices.
- Look closely at the RT if integrated touring comfort and storage are priorities. It combines 31 gallons of listed storage with equipment such as cruise control, an adjustable windshield and heated driver grips.
- Match the exact trim to your passenger and cargo needs. The family name alone does not tell you the complete equipment configuration; check the vehicle’s included luggage, comfort features and passenger setup.
BRP lists ABS and stability or traction-control systems on these vehicles, but those systems are not guarantees against crashes. Model specifications do not establish an objective handling winner, reliability ranking, long-term ownership cost or maintenance expense. Licensing and insurance requirements also depend on jurisdiction and are not determined by these product pages.
