Use these figures and service details as model-specific reference points, not proof of equipment on every 2014 scooter. What the available documents establish
Piaggio’s 31 July 2012 New Fly release describes a 49.9 cc Fly 50. The separate Fly 125/150 ie owner manual is a 2013 edition from Piaggio Việt Nam and includes a warning that models and availability differ between countries. Neither document, by itself, establishes every specification for every 2014-market Fly 50 or Fly 150.
The comparison below keeps the sources and their limits visible rather than combining them into a single supposedly definitive 2014 specification sheet.

Piaggio’s 2012 release describes the New Fly 50 4s 4v as a small-displacement, four-stroke scooter with a carburetor, forced-air cooling and continuously variable transmission. These are release specifications, not a guarantee that a scooter registered as a 2014 Fly 50 in any particular country has identical equipment.

- Fuel capacity: 6.8 L, including 1.5 L reserve, according to Piaggio Group’s 2012 release.
The release also describes a side-stand starter interlock: with the stand down, the starter is inhibited. It says the fuel tank is beneath the footrest to preserve under-seat storage space, and describes a helmet compartment intended to accommodate two demi-jet helmets with visors. Treat these as claims about the New Fly described in that release, and check the actual scooter’s equipment and storage before relying on them.
Fly 125/150 ie manual: details to use cautiously
The 2013-edition Piaggio Việt Nam manual is useful for a Fly 125/150 ie only when its market and model coverage match the scooter. It lists approximately 7 L fuel capacity, including a 1.5 L reserve, and tubeless 120/70-12 tires. Those details should not be generalized to every 2014 Fly 150.

For that manual’s solo-rider tire-pressure guidance, the figures are 1.8 bar front and 2.0 bar rear; with rider and passenger, the rear is 2.3 bar. The manual says to check pressures when the tires are cold. Confirm the exact scooter’s manual and tire requirements before using these figures; tire size alone does not establish the correct pressure.
The manual specifies eni i-Ride PG 10W-40, a synthetic-based four-stroke engine lubricant meeting JASO MA/MA2, API SL and ACEA A3. Confirm the oil specification in the exact vehicle manual and product documentation rather than selecting oil from displacement or model name alone.

How to approach maintenance
Use the schedule in the owner manual for the exact vehicle. Piaggio says maintenance intervals vary by vehicle; its US maintenance guidance recommends checking the vehicle-specific schedule or usage and maintenance manual. Its maintenance items include checks or replacement relating to the drive belt, air filter, engine oil and oil filter, valve clearance, battery and electrical system, brake fluid, hub oil, brake pads, CVT sliding shoes and rollers, tires, and steering. The schedule and tasks belong to that manual; do not apply them to the 50 cc model without its matching maintenance documentation.

Tires and consumables
Piaggio’s New Fly 50 release and the cited Fly 125/150 ie manual both mention 120/70-12 tubeless tires, but that overlap does not prove fitment for every market variant. Check the markings on the existing tire, the scooter’s documentation and the exact model/version before ordering. For the 150 ie, use the manual’s oil specification only if that manual applies to the scooter.

Top boxes and windscreens
Piaggio’s 2012 release lists a top-box kit and windscreen among New Fly accessories and describes a rear luggage carrier that can accept a top box. Confirm the exact bracket, mounting points and model compatibility before purchase; an accessory listed for the New Fly is not automatically compatible with every 2014 Fly.
Finding parts for a 2014 Fly 50
A specialist catalog lists “Piaggio Fly 50 4T 4V (USA),” year 2014, with exploded views and part references: 2014 USA Fly 50 4T 4V catalog. This is a useful starting point for identifying assemblies, not proof of current stock or compatibility with another country’s Fly 50 or a Fly 150.
