The 2007 Triumph Sprint ST is a specific model-year motorcycle, but the available handbook copy covers both Sprint ST and Sprint GT and does not establish its exact year or edition. Use its figures as handbook references—not confirmed 2007 specifications—and verify the right manual and parts against your bike’s VIN and market before servicing or ordering.
Identify the ST before using specifications
The Sprint ST and Sprint GT are distinct models. A retrieved Triumph handbook includes information for both, with separate model-specific specifications; GT-only features and instructions should not be carried over to a 2007 ST. The handbook copy available here does not establish its precise model-year applicability, so confirm that the edition matches your motorcycle before relying on it.
For the Sprint ST, that handbook lists an overall length of 2,114 mm, a wheelbase of 1,457 mm, and a stated weight of 215 kg (473 lb). These are figures in the handbook, not independently measured results or verified 2007-only specifications. Triumph handbook copy
Find the correct owner’s handbook
Start with Triumph’s official handbook portal, which offers a VIN search and model selection. Triumph describes its handbooks as covering riding, maintaining, and caring for its motorcycles. Use the VIN route where possible; if selecting by model, check that the result is for Sprint ST rather than Sprint GT and corresponds to your market and year.

What the handbook covers for upkeep
The retrieved handbook’s maintenance contents include scheduled maintenance and procedures for the engine oil and filter, coolant, throttle control, clutch, drive chain, brakes, steering and wheel bearings, suspension, tires, and battery. It also includes daily safety checks and storage procedures. Follow the schedule in the correct handbook for your VIN and market; the available material does not establish year-specific service intervals here.
Oil and fluids
The handbook lists semi- or fully synthetic 10W/40 or 15W/50 motorcycle oil meeting its stated specification. Match the oil and other service fluids to the exact handbook edition for your bike rather than treating these grades as universal guidance.

Tires and pressures
The handbook gives cold pressures of 36 psi (2.5 bar) at the front and 42 psi (2.9 bar) at the rear, and lists tire options in its specifications section. It warns against mixing tire manufacturers or specifications. Confirm pressure and tire application against the correct market-specific handbook and the current tire manufacturer’s guidance; check pressures cold.

A model-specific catalogue groups original parts under braking, engine, electrical, chassis, fuel and exhaust, suspension, tools and literature, and wheels, tires and final drive. It also lists touring equipment such as a two-box pannier system, pannier brackets and fixings, inner bags, a tank bag, back or top rack, Givi conversion items, and a seat cowl. A catalogue listing does not establish present availability or fitment to every motorcycle. Sprint ST parts and accessories catalogue
Before ordering, compare the part number and VIN applicability, market/version, side or position where relevant, and whether the item is genuine or compatible. Check the seller’s stock, shipping, and return terms directly; those terms are not established by the catalogue.

No jurisdiction-specific recall result is established here. Check the recall database for the country where the motorcycle is registered, or ask Triumph or an authorized dealer to check using the VIN. A general model page or a matching handbook cannot confirm that an individual bike has had all applicable work completed.
