The 2025 cruiser market has something for almost every kind of attention seeker: iconic American silhouettes, stripped-down midsize bobbers, classic British chrome, unusual technology, and one enormous three-cylinder performance machine. The ten motorcycles below are offered for the 2025 model year in the U.S. or, where noted, are covered using official market information that requires a local availability check.
“New” here means a 2025 model-year motorcycle, not necessarily a motorcycle introduced for the first time in 2025. Prices are manufacturer starting MSRPs when an official U.S. figure was available. Destination, setup, taxes, registration, dealer charges, accessories, and optional equipment may add to the final price.

How these 10 motorcycles turn heads
This is an editorial shortlist, not a laboratory ranking. A cruiser can attract attention through an unmistakable silhouette, stretched proportions, a huge engine, distinctive technology, an unusual riding position, or a finish that looks customized straight from the showroom. No claim below suggests that one motorcycle is objectively the fastest, best-handling, most reliable, or best value without independent comparative testing.

1. Harley-Davidson Fat Boy: the instantly recognizable choice
If “turn heads” means being recognized from across a parking lot, the Fat Boy remains one of the safest choices on this list. Its wide wheels, large Lakester wheels, chrome headlamp nacelle, muscular stance, and five-gallon tank create a silhouette that is difficult to confuse with anything else.
For 2025, Harley-Davidson equips the Fat Boy with a Milwaukee-Eight 117 Custom V-twin rated by the manufacturer at 104 horsepower and 126 lb-ft of torque. It also receives selectable ride modes, cornering rider-safety systems, and revised rear suspension. Those updates matter because the Fat Boy is no longer relying only on visual presence; it combines the familiar heavyweight shape with more modern electronic assistance and suspension hardware.
- Starting MSRP: $22,599.
- Why it turns heads: Wide, muscular proportions and highly recognizable Lakester wheels.
- Best editorial fit: Riders who want an iconic American cruiser with current electronics and a more contemporary suspension package.
2. Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST: the aggressive road-going Harley
The Low Rider ST looks closer to a factory custom built for fast highway miles than to a traditional, relaxed cruiser. Its compact, aggressive stance is paired with a frame-mounted fairing and saddlebags, giving it a purposeful profile without the bulk of a full touring motorcycle.
The 2025 model uses Harley-Davidson’s Milwaukee-Eight 117 High Output V-twin. The ST format is the key distinction: it is aimed at riders who want a cruiser’s low-slung style but also expect a more performance-oriented road presence and light-touring practicality. The fairing, bags, and forward-driving visual line make it look ready to leave town rather than simply pose outside a café.
- Starting MSRP: $24,199.
- Why it turns heads: A frame-mounted fairing, saddlebags, and an aggressive custom-inspired stance.
- Best editorial fit: Riders who want the most performance-oriented Harley in this group and expect to ride quickly on open roads or tour lightly.
3. Harley-Davidson Breakout: the factory custom
The Breakout earns its place through visual excess. Its long, low profile, stretched proportions, large front wheel, and custom-show-bike presence make it appear extensively modified even before the owner adds a single accessory.
This is not the practical choice in the Harley trio, and it does not need to be. The Breakout’s appeal is that few production cruisers communicate such an overt custom identity directly from the factory. The long wheel-and-tank composition gives the motorcycle a dramatic presence at a standstill, while the large front wheel emphasizes its show-bike character.
- Starting MSRP: $23,099.
- Why it turns heads: Stretched proportions, a long-and-low profile, and a large front wheel.
- Best editorial fit: Buyers who prioritize factory-custom appearance over maximum practicality or compact dimensions.
4. Indian Scout Bobber: the modern midsize bobber
The 2025 Indian Scout Bobber is one of the strongest choices for a rider who wants head-turning style without moving immediately into heavyweight-cruiser size and price. Its design is deliberately stripped down, with compact proportions and a low-slung shape that gives it a tough, uncluttered appearance.
The Scout Bobber belongs to Indian’s redesigned Scout family. The Scout platform is offered in Standard, Limited, and Limited +Tech configurations, with available equipment including ride modes, cruise control, traction control, keyless ignition, and a 4-inch RIDE COMMAND display on the highest technology configuration. The exact equipment depends on the selected trim, so buyers should not assume that every Scout Bobber includes every feature.

- Starting MSRP: $12,999.
- Why it turns heads: Minimalist bobber styling and compact, low-slung proportions.
- Best editorial fit: Riders who want a modern American cruiser visual identity without the size, weight, or price of a heavyweight model.
5. Indian Chief Dark Horse: blacked-out American tradition
The Chief Dark Horse takes the traditional American cruiser formula and removes much of its bright visual decoration. Its low 26-inch seat, dark finishes, large tank, and prominent V-twin create a traditional shape with a deliberately modern, blacked-out attitude.
Power comes from Indian’s Thunderstroke 116 V-twin, which the manufacturer lists at 120 lb-ft of torque. Indian also lists a 670-pound running-order weight, ABS, ride modes, keyless ignition, rear-cylinder deactivation, and a 4-inch RIDE COMMAND display with navigation and connectivity functions. That combination makes the Chief Dark Horse visually old-school at a glance but technologically more current when viewed closely.
- Starting MSRP: $19,999.
- Why it turns heads: A low stance, large engine, and dark finish that modernizes a traditional cruiser profile.
- Best editorial fit: Buyers drawn to heavyweight American cruiser presence who want an alternative to Harley-Davidson’s styling and technology approach.
6. Indian Sport Scout: cruiser shape with more visual tension
The Sport Scout gives the Scout family a more assertive personality. It retains the compact proportions and low-slung cues associated with the Scout, but its sport-influenced stance makes the motorcycle look more purposeful and active than a conventional feet-forward cruiser.

The Sport Scout is not included because it is being declared a superior handling motorcycle; independent testing would be required for that conclusion. Its appeal is visual and ergonomic: the riding position and equipment create more tension in the design, while the motorcycle remains recognizably part of the Scout family.
- Starting MSRP: $13,499.
- Why it turns heads: A compact cruiser profile combined with a more assertive, sport-influenced stance.
- Best editorial fit: Riders who like the Scout Bobber’s proportions but want a less purely minimalist and more energetic presentation.
7. Triumph Bonneville Speedmaster: restrained British elegance
The Bonneville Speedmaster is the classic-design counterpoint to the large American power cruisers. It attracts attention through proportion and finish rather than visual aggression: chrome, wire-spoke wheels, classic tank and fender shapes, and a polished British-modern-classic presentation.
Triumph lists a liquid-cooled 1,200cc 270-degree parallel twin producing 76.9 horsepower and 78.2 lb-ft of torque. It uses a six-speed gearbox, wire-spoke wheels, and twin rear shocks. That engine configuration gives the Speedmaster a different mechanical character from the V-twins dominating much of this list, while the classic bodywork keeps the overall design familiar.
- U.S. pricing: Verify the current U.S. model-year listing before publication or purchase.
- Why it turns heads: Wire wheels, chrome, and timeless British proportions rather than exaggerated bulk.
- Best editorial fit: Riders who want a relaxed cruiser with classic styling and a parallel-twin engine.
8. Triumph Rocket 3 Storm R or GT: the technical spectacle
The Rocket 3 Storm is the clearest stop-and-look motorcycle in this group. Its 2,458cc liquid-cooled inline three-cylinder engine is visually enormous, and the motorcycle backs up that appearance with manufacturer-listed output of approximately 180 horsepower and 166 lb-ft of torque.
Recommended Free Tools
The hardware is equally conspicuous: shaft drive, Brembo Stylema brakes, Showa suspension, cornering ABS, and a color TFT display. The Storm R emphasizes a more active roadster-cruiser posture. The GT is the more two-up-oriented version, adding dedicated two-up seating and a passenger backrest.

- Price: Approximately $28,295 for the Storm R in the current information, but verify the exact U.S. 2025 model-year page and dealer pricing.
- Why it turns heads: The enormous three-cylinder engine, unusual configuration, and extreme performance specification.
- Best editorial fit: Experienced riders who want the most technically outrageous and mechanically distinctive motorcycle here.
The Rocket 3’s published figures and pricing should not be treated as a direct laboratory comparison with the other motorcycles. Manufacturer test methods and model-year listings are not necessarily identical.
9. Honda Rebel 1100: understated technology and DCT availability
The Honda Rebel 1100 turns heads in a quieter way. It does not depend on chrome, huge dimensions, or an exaggerated front wheel. Instead, its compact muscular proportions and unusual technology package reward a closer look—particularly the availability of Honda’s dual-clutch transmission on selected versions.
For 2025, Honda describes revisions intended to strengthen low- and midrange torque, along with revised handlebar and footpeg positions, a revised seat, a standard 5-inch full-color TFT display with Honda RoadSync, and a new S Edition with dual-clutch transmission. Honda’s published Japanese specifications list a 1,082cc liquid-cooled parallel twin, 88 PS, 98 Nm of torque, and a 710mm seat height.
The engine figures cited here come from Honda’s official Japan-market information. They should not be presented as U.S. pricing or assumed to describe every U.S.-market trim. Confirm the exact American model lineup, equipment, and MSRP with Honda or a U.S. dealer.
- U.S. pricing: Confirm by trim and market.
- Why it turns heads: A compact cruiser body combined with TFT technology and an unusual DCT option.
- Best editorial fit: Riders who value engineering, everyday usability, and transmission choice more than traditional chrome-heavy styling.
10. Kawasaki Vulcan S: the accessible sport-cruiser
The Kawasaki Vulcan S is the accessible entry in this group, but its lower price does not make it visually generic. The motorcycle uses a modern sport-cruiser shape rather than imitating a heavyweight American cruiser, with a low seat and an athletic stance.
Kawasaki lists a 649cc liquid-cooled parallel twin producing 46.3 lb-ft of torque. The specification sheet lists a 27.8-inch seat height and a curb weight of 498.3 pounds for the ABS model. Kawasaki’s ERGO-FIT system allows the rider position to be adjusted, which is especially relevant because a low seat alone does not guarantee that a motorcycle will fit every rider.
- Starting MSRP: $7,399 without ABS or $7,899 with ABS.
- Why it turns heads: Low, athletic sport-cruiser styling and a distinctive alternative to traditional heavyweight shapes.
- Best editorial fit: Riders looking for a lower-cost cruiser with adjustable ergonomics and a manageable middleweight format.

Performance-oriented cruiser
Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST is the aggressive, road-focused Harley with a fairing and saddlebags. Triumph Rocket 3 Storm R is the extreme performance outlier, with the GT making more sense for dedicated two-up use.
Technology or accessibility
Honda Rebel 1100 is the unusual technology choice because of its available DCT configuration and modern display. Kawasaki Vulcan S is the most accessible sport-cruiser, especially for shoppers watching purchase price and seeking adjustable rider ergonomics.

What to evaluate before buying the best-looking cruiser
Visual impact is a valid reason to choose a motorcycle, but it should not be the only reason. The differences among these ten bikes can affect comfort, confidence, ownership cost, and the kinds of roads you will actually enjoy riding.
1. Seat height is only the beginning
A low seat can make a motorcycle easier to approach, but reach to the handlebars, footpeg position, seat width, and the motorcycle’s balance at a stop matter just as much. The Vulcan S’s ERGO-FIT system is specifically designed to adjust rider position. Sit on the actual trim you intend to buy rather than relying on a published seat-height number alone.
2. Weight changes low-speed confidence
A heavyweight cruiser can feel stable once moving but demanding while backing out of a parking space, making a tight U-turn, or catching a slope at a stop. Indian lists the Chief Dark Horse at 670 pounds in running order, while Kawasaki lists the ABS Vulcan S at 498.3 pounds curb weight. Those figures are not measured under a universal industry standard, but they illustrate why a showroom sit and supervised test ride are valuable.
3. Match the riding position to your roads
A feet-forward posture may be comfortable for relaxed cruising but less appealing if you prefer frequent changes of direction or a more active stance. The Low Rider ST and Sport Scout are visually and ergonomically more assertive. The Rocket 3 Storm R is the sportier choice within its family, while the GT’s passenger-focused equipment makes it better suited to a different kind of ride.

Compatible with cellphone screen diagonal size: 5.4-6.9 inches
5. Check the final-drive and accessory requirements
Do not buy chain-cleaning or chain-lubrication supplies until you confirm the motorcycle’s final-drive type. These ten motorcycles do not all use the same arrangement, and shaft- or belt-drive ownership does not call for the same maintenance products as a chain-drive motorcycle.
6. Confirm dealer and parts support
Dealer distance, service capacity, parts availability, warranty terms, and the availability of model-specific luggage or passenger equipment can matter more over several years than a small difference in purchase price. This is particularly important if you plan to use a cruiser for commuting, touring, or regular two-up riding.
Useful accessories to budget after the motorcycle
Accessories should solve a specific ownership problem rather than be added simply because a motorcycle has mounting points. For navigation or ride information, a motorcycle phone mount can be useful, but compatibility must be checked against handlebar diameter, mounting location, phone dimensions, case thickness, and the motorcycle’s vibration characteristics. A vibration-damping or vibration-isolating design is worth evaluating where the product actually provides that feature. Set up navigation before riding and follow local laws regarding phone use.
The Tool Desk
Outbyte Driver Updater FREEFix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitchesFind Drivers →Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →For seasonal or intermittent storage, a motorcycle battery tender may be appropriate, but first confirm the battery type, connector arrangement, charging requirements, and the motorcycle manufacturer’s instructions. A waterproof motorcycle cover should be selected by the bike’s dimensions and by any installed fairing, saddlebags, passenger backrest, or luggage—not simply by the motorcycle’s name.
A compact motorcycle tool kit and motorcycle tire pressure gauge can help with basic checks and roadside preparedness. They are generic categories, not model-specific recommendations, so verify tool sizes, valve access, accuracy, storage, and the manufacturer’s maintenance requirements.
Finally, Indian Scout, Indian Chief, and Kawasaki Vulcan S buyers should examine the relevant OEM accessory catalog before choosing third-party luggage, passenger backrests, or racks. Fitment can change by model year, trim, exhaust arrangement, seat, and other installed equipment. Model-specific Indian Scout accessories, Kawasaki Vulcan S saddlebags, and a motorcycle passenger backrest should never be treated as universally interchangeable products.
Important limitations on the specifications
The horsepower, torque, weight, fuel economy, and pricing figures above are manufacturer-published or manufacturer-listed figures where stated. They may use different test methods, equipment configurations, and market definitions, so they are useful for orientation rather than a controlled comparison.
Availability and pricing can change during the model year. The Rocket 3 information should be checked against the exact U.S. Storm R or GT model-year page before publication or purchase. The Rebel 1100 specifications cited above come from an official Japan-market announcement and should not be substituted for U.S. trim, pricing, or equipment information.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does “new” mean in this 2025 cruiser motorcycle list?
It means the motorcycle is offered for the 2025 model year. It does not necessarily mean the model was first introduced in 2025.
Which motorcycle on the list is the most affordable?
The Kawasaki Vulcan S has the lowest listed starting price at $7,399 for the non-ABS version and $7,899 for ABS. The listed MSRP excludes destination, setup, taxes, registration, dealer charges, and optional equipment.
Which 2025 cruiser has the largest engine?
The Triumph Rocket 3 Storm has the largest engine in this group: a 2,458cc liquid-cooled inline three-cylinder producing approximately 180 horsepower and 166 lb-ft of torque according to Triumph’s listed specifications.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
Is a low seat height enough to determine whether a cruiser will fit?
No. Handlebar reach, seat width, footpeg position, motorcycle weight, balance, and the rider’s ability to control the bike at low speed also matter. Sit on the exact trim and, where possible, arrange a supervised test ride.
The Bottom Line
The Harley-Davidson Fat Boy is the most instantly iconic, the Breakout looks the most customized from the factory, and the Triumph Rocket 3 Storm is the most mechanically outrageous. For a midsize bobber, look at the Indian Scout Bobber; for a sportier cruiser stance, consider the Indian Sport Scout or Kawasaki Vulcan S. The Honda Rebel 1100 is the technology wildcard, while the Bonneville Speedmaster provides the strongest classic British alternative. Choose the one whose seat, weight, riding position, service support, and real-world price fit your use—not merely the one that gets the longest first glance.
